At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electric scooters, bikes, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and tools, as items returned in non-original packaging may incur additional fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
